Congratulations to Mr. Asher Boatright on being named Raider Academy, Student of the Month. Asher was chosen due to his relentless determination to exceed his goals instead of merely meeting them. He maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
Mrs. Chandra Green, Raider Academy Coordinator shared, “During group projects, he collaborates effectively with peers who benefit from his patient and encouraging demeanor.”
We are incredibly BC Proud of Asher and his determination to excel!

The BCHS Lady Raiders Varsity Basketball Team consists of Sophomores and freshmen ONLY. With four out of eight total players, receiving Region Awards and no less than two years to prosper, we are already looking forward to what next season has in store! Congratulations to our BCSD Lady Raiders and Coaches! The best is yet to come!

The BCHS Varsity baseball game scheduled for today against Vidalia has been rescheduled to a doubleheader on Friday, with a game time of 4:00 PM.

Two outstanding Bacon County Middle School Band students performed beautifully as they represented Bacon County with great pride in Ware County on February 22!

These students auditioned back in December 2024, competing against hundreds of band students from across our district, and earned their spots in this ensemble! Members of the District 8 Honor Band, worked for over 10 hours in 2 days to prepare this concert and put on an awesome show.

Bacon Primary is currently accepting PreK Registration for the upcoming school year now through Friday, February 28, 2025.
