Raider Nation is blessed to have amazing schools and we recognize that we grow stronger TOGETHER. Our school principals, assistant principals, and instructional coaches are joining our superintendent and assistant superintendent to visit our schools to learn from each other. Our first Raider Rendezvous was hosted by BCMS leadership on Tuesday, February 27. We thank Principal Derrick Green and his team for a wonderful showcase and we look forward to our next rendezvous at BCPS later this spring.

You will find on any given day, these gentlemen have us covered! Today we did the same. Our BCSD Maintenance Department is sure to keep us #BCProud of our facilities!

March 1, 2024, has been declared Maintenance Employee Appreciation Day, and we have four GREAT reasons to celebrate! Thank you to, Shawn, Tyler, Coby, and Lane for saving the day, EVERY DAY! Their work is commendable and our School District would be completely broken without them.

Each month, Bacon Elementary rewards students who have read the "most words" in each of their homerooms throughout the month of January. Students were rewarded with their choice of book from the Bookworm Vending Machine, in addition to a sweet treat! Incredibly BC Proud of you all!

Bacon County Middle School FFA voted for two club members who were worthy of holding the titles of their Valentine King and Queen. We are BC Proud to share, your 2024 BCMS FFA Valentine King and Queen is Mr. Bronner Boatright and Miss Jorja McKinnon! Congratulations to you both!
